This website is managed by the disciples of Reverend Ichishima Shōshin and does not represent the totality of the Tendai Buddhist presence in Europe. Currently, there are also regularly ordained priests from several countries – England, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Belgium to name a few – who train under the guidance of Reverend Ryōei Tyler and can be reached through the contact form on www.tendai-usa.org. There is also an independent group – tracing its lineage through the Tendai Buddhist Institute of New York – in Denmark.
